Accepting New Clients

I am currently welcoming new clients to my practice.

To ensure optimal care and ethical practice, I add a limited number of clients to my caseload at a time. As a result, consultation availability may include a short wait. If you are in urgent need and no consultation appointments appear available in the next week or two, please email me at info@luciaarreaga.com.

Location

• In person sessions are by appointment only at 107-1940 Lonsdale Avenue, North Vancouver. When you arrive, please make yourself comfortable in the waiting area and I will meet you there at your scheduled session time.
• For virtual sessions, please check your email for a secure link for your online appointment.
• For phone call sessions, I will call you on the phone number in your profile at your scheduled session time.

Fee Schedule & Cancellation Policy

• I am Registered Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (RCC #22221). Many insurance plans cover my services; please consult your policy to confirm your individual coverage. Note that I don’t currently have the capability to bill insurance plans directly, so the full session fee is charged at time of our session and you’ll be sent an email receipt which you can submit for reimbursement from your insurance company.
• When you book an appointment, the time is reserved for you. There is a 48 hour cancellation policy in effect for all consultations and session bookings.
• For no-shows and cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled time, the full session fee will be charged. Consultation no-shows and late cancellations will be charged a $25 fee.
